Bulla is a Spanish restaurant founded by chef Pedro Martín in Mexico City in 2020, bringing the spirit and flavors of Spain to a vibrant, welcoming setting. Inspired by the Spanish tradition of tapeo, Bulla celebrates the pleasure of gathering around the table. The menu features tapas, sharing plates, and iconic dishes from across Spain—from gildas and rice dishes to oxtail and confit suckling pig—all prepared with high-quality local ingredients and carefully selected products imported from Spain.
The experience is complemented by a thoughtfully curated selection of Spanish wines, vermouths, cava, and beers. Bulla has been awarded the “Restaurants from Spain” certification by ICEX, recognizing its commitment to authentic Spanish cuisine and culinary excellence.

Originally from the Canary Islands, Spain, chef Pedro Martín began his culinary career in his homeland before taking his talent abroad, working in London, Canadá , and Madrid. In 2006, he moved to Mexico at the invitation of renowned chef Juan Mari Arzak to serve as Executive Chef at the acclaimed Tezka restaurant. Since then, Martín has made a lasting mark on Mexico’s culinary scene, earning recognition for his creativity, expertise, and distinctive approach to Spanish cuisine.
